Refunds are only issued if you not started to use your account. If you uploaded a file or used download bandwidth, we can't provide refund. Your Premium Account will remain active until it's cancelled or terminated under these Terms.

Delivery policy

Premium account will be delivered to your Wfile.net account online in real time, once your payment is accepted.
